Rozloučení s Karlem Gottem

Touto cestou bych chtěla poděkovat všem, kteří nám vyjádřili svou soustrast s odchodem mého manžela, Karla Gotta. Zároveň děkuji panu premiérovi a vládě za iniciativu spojenou s uspořádáním státního pohřbu. Po důkladné úvaze jsem se rozhodla pro pohřeb se státními poctami.

Veřejnost bude moci přijít uctít památku mého muže v pátek 11. 10. od 8:00 – 22:00 hodin do Paláce Žofín na Slovanském ostrově. V souladu s vůlí mého manžela a po předchozím jednání s Arcibiskupstvím pražským se bude konat zádušní mše a bude ji sloužit Dominik kardinál Duka, arcibiskup pražský. Tato se uskuteční pro pozvané hosty v sobotu 12. 10. od 11:00 hodin v Katedrále sv. Víta, Václava a Vojtěcha na Pražském hradě.

Vážím si podpory, které se nám v těchto dnech dostává.

Auf diesem Wege möchte ich mich bei allen bedanken, die uns ihr Beileid zum Fortgang meines Ehemannes Karel Gott zum Ausdruck gebracht haben. Ausserdem bedanke ich mich bei dem Herrn Premierminister und der Regierung der Tschechischen Republik für die Initiative in Verbindung mit der Austragung eines Staatsbegräbnisses. Nach ausführlicher Überlegung habe ich mich für eine Beerdigung mit staatlichen Ehren entschieden.

Die Öffentlichkeit hat die Möglichkeit, das Andenken an meinen Ehemann zu ehren, und das am Freitag, den 11.10., von 8:00 – 22:00 Uhr im Prager Palais Žofín (Sophienpalais) auf der Slawischen Insel (Slovanský ostrov). In Übereinstimmung mit dem Willen meinen Ehemannes und dem vorangegangenen Gespräch mit dem Prager Erzbistum wird eine Seelenmesse stattfinden, die der Prager Erzbischof Kardinal Dominik Duka lesen wird. Diese findet, für geladene Gäste, statt am Samstag, den 12.10., um 11:00 Uhr im St.-Veits-Dom auf der Prager Burg.

Ich schätze aufrichtig all die Unterstützung, die wir in diesen Tagen erhalten.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have expressed their condolences with respect to the passing of my husband, Karel Gott. I would also like to thank the Prime Minister and the Government for the initiative of organising a state funeral. After careful consideration, I have decided to hold a funeral with state honours.

The public will be able to come to honour my husband's memory on Friday the 11th of October 2019 from 8:00-22:00 at the Žofín Palace on Slovanský Island. In accordance with my husband's wishes, and after previous negotiations with the Archbishopric of Prague, a Requiem will be held and will be presided over by Cardinal Dominik Duka, O.P., Archbishop of Prague. The service will be held for invited guests on Saturday the 12th of October 2019 from 11:00 at St. Vitus, Wenceslas and Adalbert Cathedral at Prague Castle.

I appreciate the support we have been receiving at this difficult time.
